Welcome to Wings and Water Outfitters. By booking a trip, training session, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Services Provided

Wings and Water Outfitters offers guided hunting and fishing experiences, as well as dog training services. Hunting and fishing services include equipment use, access to designated land and water areas, and guidance from experienced professionals. Dog training services range from basic obedience to advanced gundog training.

2. Booking and Payment

All trips and training sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed with a deposit. Full payment is due prior to the scheduled service unless otherwise specified. Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions at the discretion of our guides or trainers.

3. Participant Responsibilities

All participants must hold valid licenses and permits as required by local, provincial, or federal regulations. Participants must follow all safety instructions and respect the environment, wildlife, and property. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during trips or training sessions. Violations may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Dog Owner Responsibilities

Owners must disclose any behavioral issues or medical conditions their dog may have prior to training. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Owners agree to follow all trainer recommendations and continue reinforcement exercises at home. Wings and Water Outfitters is not responsible for injuries or conditions that result from pre-existing issues or lack of owner compliance.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Hunting, fishing, and dog training are outdoor activities that involve inherent risks. By participating, you accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur. Wings and Water Outfitters and its staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss during trips or training sessions.

6. Equipment and Property Use

Any equipment provided by Wings and Water Outfitters must be used responsibly. Participants will be held liable for damage or loss of any borrowed equipment due to misuse or negligence.

7. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update services, pricing, or these terms at any time. Continued participation in our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
